Emma Rose Kenney is an American actress. She was the character Deborah Gallagher in Shameless between 2011 and 2021 and Harris Conner Healy on Roseanne. Kenney was a New York City native born in the month of September, 1999. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly from the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer), are her parents. Emma Kenney has the exact same hometown like Emmy Rossum. Kenney was born and raised in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actor who plays Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit series, Shameless. Although her birthplace was in Manhattan, Kenney spent the majority of her early years at home in Garden State. Kenney is also known for her role as Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
