Scott
Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30, 1991), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is a popular American musician, rapper and songwriter. He is also a record producer. The stage name he uses is a mixture of the name of a beloved uncle and the stage name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi), which is his first major-label contract with Epic Records. Scott also signed a publishing agreement with Kanye's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's first project that was full-length, the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It included the smash song "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a top one on the Billboard 200. In the following year, Scott released a collaborative album featuring Quavo entitled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018 the third album, Astroworld, was released to acclaim from critics and also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in late 2019. The album debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Following the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to release three singles at number 1 in less that a year in 2020.
